Nickelodeon Games and Sports for Kids (Nick GAS) was a cable channel that primarily broadcasted old Nickelodeon game shows and other sports related shows. It was commercial-free, and even had an interruption-free block known as Pumpin' Gas (although it did stop to identify the block).
The network was replaced with Teenick, but some satellite companies continued to provide it in a preprogrammed loop for a few years until even that was discontinued.
Along with the game shows, GAS also aired the early '90s variety show SK8-TV.
Trivia[]
A spiritual successor to Mr. Wizard's World, known as Bill Nye the Science Guy, was shown in reruns on GAS for awhile.
